RuGaming Guild Rules
1. General Provisions.
- 1.1. Guild - an association of players under the name RuGaming on the Hypixel server in the game Minecraft.
- 1.2. Member - a player who is a member of the Guild. The list of guild members is available on the Hypixel website and on the page of our website.
- 1.3. Role - a rank in the Guild, the requirements for obtaining roles are described in this topic.
- 1.4. Chat - a special chat on the Hypixel server, which is available exclusively to Guild Members (/gc, /gchat, /chat guild).
- 1.4.1. Each Member is required to join the Guild Chat.
- 1.5. Conversation - a chat between Guild members in the Telegram messenger.
- 1.6. Discord Server - a guild on the Discord service available at the invite link https://discord.gg/rugaming
- 1.6.1. Each Member is required to join the Guild's Discord Server.
- 1.7. The official Guild group on the VKontakte social network is located at: https://vk.com/rugaming
- 1.8. The official channel of the Guild on Telegram is located at: https://t.me/RuGamingGuild
- 1.9. Point (points, bug) - the internal currency of the Guild, more details: https://vk.com/topic-120008211_35469331
- 1.9.1. Points are awarded to the Member for attending guild games, activity in the Guild, and winning contests.
2. Guild Leadership.
- 2.1. Guild leadership is divided into roles: owner, staff, helper.
- 2.1.1. Guild Owner (Guild Master).
- 2.1.1.1. The owner of the guild is the player povezlo (Discord: vladimir#0001).
- 2.1.1.2. Any actions of the Owner are not subject to discussion and cannot be challenged.
- 2.1.2. Staff are Members who have received a special Role (Staff) and access to Guild administration services (hereinafter "Staff").
- 2.1.2.1. The guild's staff includes: None.
- 2.1.2.2. Any actions of the Staff are not subject to discussion and cannot be challenged.
- 2.1.2.3. Staff handles applications, organizes guild games, verifies, controls Helpers' work, and executes the Owner's instructions.
- 2.1.3. Helpers are trusted members who either are starting in the staff team or were previously in it, including veterans. They are trusted individuals of the guild.
- 2.1.3.1. Helpers include: None.
- 2.1.3.2. The scope of Helper responsibilities is defined by the Guild Owner and Staff.
- 2.2. Staff are appointed by the Guild Owner.
- 2.3. Every six months, the Owner and Staff review Helpers, inviting new active players to participate in Guild administration.
- 2.4. The Guild Leadership acts in the interests of the Guild and its Members.
3. MAV System.
- 3.1. MAV (Minecraft Account Verification) - a system designed to simplify interaction with Members of the RuGaming guild. It is a database of accounts with flexible management. MAV allows you to find out social networks by Minecraft and vice versa. Each service of the RuGaming guild uses MAV (from guild applications to chat invitations). - 3.2. The MAV System is required to use Guild services.
- 3.3. The verification procedure is mandatory for all Members without exception.
- 3.4. Blocking in the system may be issued if the Member: left the Guild; violated the Rules; got banned for Cheating.
- 3.5. The decision to lift the MAV block is made solely by the Leadership.
- 3.6. In exceptional cases, the Leadership may impose a "Service Denial" on specific accounts, including without giving reasons. (More details in Section 5).
4. Guild Application.
- 4.1. Application - a ticket generated by the Guild system, which contains the required information for joining.
- 4.1.1. Required information: Minecraft UUID, Minecraft IGN, Hypixel Level, Hypixel Rank, Hypixel Current Guild Info, and others.
- 4.2.1. Requirements for new members to join - https://join.rugaming.top.
- 4.2.2. Basic requirements for new members to join:
- 4.2.2.1. ready to confirm their reality (record a voice message or join Discord);
- 4.2.2.2. able to clearly express their thoughts in Russian;
- 4.2.2.3. has a positive reputation in the Russian-speaking community;
- 4.2.2.4. has a VKontakte page filled with reliable information and current content.
- 4.3. In some cases, we may overstate or understate the requirements for certain Applications.
- 4.4. We may reject an Application if the information in the application seems strange or unreliable.
- 4.5. We do not accept people with a bad reputation into the Guild.
- 4.6. We may reject your Application without explanation.
- 4.7. We reserve the right to change the decision on the Application at any time.
- 4.8. In RuGaming, there are no restrictions on the number of applications, but after each rejected application, a timer limit will be set: 24 hours * number of rejected applications.
5. Service Denial.
- 5.1. Service denial implies full restriction of access to all Guild services.
- 5.2. Service denial is the ultimate punishment measure. Only the Guild Leadership can decide on the Service Denial.
- 5.3. Service denial can be imposed for: cheating in public games; repeated violation of the Rules; frequent exits from the Guild; frequent inactivity; account selling; inappropriate behavior; violation of sections 8.13, 8.17, 8.18, 8.21 of these Rules, betrayal of the Guild's interests.
- 5.4. Service denial is imposed not only on the MAV Account, but also on the VKontakte social network page, Telegram account, Discord account. This restriction applies to all alt-accounts.
- 5.5. Service denial automatically removes all achievements, rewards, Roles, any modifications, etc. issued by the Guild during the Member's time in the Guild.
6. Verification.

- 6.2. As of April 1, 2024, the verification process is selective.
7. Gameplay.
- 7.1. The Guild holds regular group games.
- 7.1.1. Attendance of group games is mandatory for all Guild Members.
- 7.1.2. The only exception is when a Member has a valid reason not to attend group games.
- 7.1.3. Members who ignore group games may be expelled from the guild.
- 7.2. Using cheats in Guild group games results in immediate expulsion of the Member.
8. Prohibited Actions.
- 8.1. Excessive use of obscene language (Swearing, including veiled) is prohibited.
- 8.1.1. Exception: if swearing is used as an intensifier of speech "sharp sauce".
- 8.1.2. Exception: if swearing is used in a meme and does not imply offensive meaning and/or is not repeated to circumvent this rule.
- 8.2. Use of insults is prohibited.
- 8.3. Threats are prohibited.
- 8.4. Libel is prohibited.
- 8.5. Creating identical messages in large quantities (spam, flood, etc.) is prohibited.
- 8.6. Commercial activities are prohibited: selling accounts, Hypixel ranks, services, nicknames, boosting, etc.
- 8.7. Creating messages with pornographic materials is prohibited.
- 8.8. Advertising third-party resources: servers, guilds, VK groups, Telegram channels, and other channels is prohibited.
- 8.8.1. Advertising similar resources is allowed if it does not compete with the Guild and does not harm its interests.
- 8.9. Obstructing group games is prohibited.
- 8.10. Recording group games is prohibited. If you are recording group games "for yourself," publication is allowed without the audio track from the Discord Server.
- 8.11. Forwarding messages, materials from the Conversation, Chat, Discord Server, or other messaging platforms with the aim of undermining the Guild's or its Members' authority is prohibited.
- 8.12. Creating lists of "good" and "bad" Members, bullying individual Members, provocations, profanation, conspiracy allegations, and so on are prohibited.
- 8.13. Creating messages whose purpose is to undermine the authority of the Guild: unfounded accusations and insults of the Leadership, overt or indirect advertising of similar resources is prohibited.
- 8.14. Being offline (without a valid reason) for more than 6 days in a row is prohibited. If you cannot play, have been banned from the server, or have internet problems on your PC, contact us.
- 8.15. Abusing the bugs of Guild services for your own purposes is prohibited. It is better to report bugs here - https://support.rugaming.top.
- 8.16. Begging for points, roles, chat mutes, Discord Server mutes, or Conversation restrictions removal from the Leadership is prohibited.
- 8.16.1. Requests to change status (receive roles, remove mutes and/or restrictions) must be justified and cannot be the subject of favoritism or manipulation.
- 8.17. Any forms of propaganda for extremism, terrorism, fascism, nationalism, or narcotics are prohibited, as are any actions aimed at inciting interethnic, interreligious, or social hostility, hatred, or discrimination on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, or any other distinguishing characteristic.
- 8.18. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. If you disgrace the Guild, we will have to part ways.
- 8.18.1. Including behavior that creates a tense atmosphere among Guild Members.
- 8.19. Abusing role rights is prohibited: some roles may have access to chat mutes (/g mute), Guild party functionality (/g party). Misuse of this functionality may result in a Member being demoted in Role.
- 8.20. Spreading malware is prohibited. Including programs from unreliable developers.
- 8.21. Developing / offering / distributing software aimed at extracting confidential data of Members is prohibited: tokens, session data, Microsoft account data, or others.
- 8.21.1. This also applies to social engineering, when Guild Members use deception or manipulation to obtain confidential data of other Members or third parties.
- 8.21.2. Guild Members are not allowed to attempt to deceive other Members. Violation of this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the Guild.
- 8.21.3. In case of detection of past deception, the Member is also subject to exclusion from the Guild, even if these actions were committed before the introduction of this rule. We value the reputation of our Guild and will not allow impunity for these violations.
9. Punishment System.
- 9.1. The decision on punishment is made by the Guild Leadership.
- 9.2. The punishment is determined depending on the seriousness of the violation, its frequency, and circumstances.
- 9.3. First violations may result in a warning. In case of repeated violations or serious violations, a temporary restriction may be applied. Then exclusion from the Guild.
- 9.3.1. In case of systematic rule violations or repeated violations after previous punishments, a decision may be made to permanently exclude from the guild.
- 9.4. If a Member disagrees with the punishment or its fairness, the Member has the right to appeal to the Guild Leadership with an official appeal, providing additional arguments or evidence in their defense.
- 9.4.1. A Member can use the Arbitration System (Section 10).
- 9.5. Content moderation:
- 9.5.1. Pre-moderation of messages (content) is done by the Guild automation (private technical solutions).
- 9.5.2. Post-moderation of messages (content) is done by Helpers and Staff of the Guild.
10. Arbitration System.
- The Arbitration System is a mechanism that allows Guild Members to act as judges (arbitrators) on issues related to rule violations and conflicts between Members.
- The system provides an opportunity for an objective and independent consideration of controversial situations and making decisions based on public opinion.
- For the implementation of the Arbitration procedure, 5 members (arbitrators) will be invited.
- The main principles of the Arbitration system:
- ⬤ Independence and objectivity: members admitted to arbitration must consider each case impartially and strive for an objective decision based on facts.
- ⬤ Transparency: decisions made within the arbitration system must be reasoned and understandable to all Guild members. Arbitration results can be published for general review.
- ⬤ Respect and understanding: members must respect each other's positions and strive for constructive dialogue to achieve a fair and adequate solution.
- ⬤ Compliance with rules: members admitted to arbitration must comply with Guild rules and be guided by common principles of morality and ethics.
- The arbitration process may include the following stages:
- ⬤ Filing a complaint: a member who has faced a rule violation or conflict may file a complaint with the arbitration system, providing all necessary evidence and explanations.
- ⬤ Case consideration: arbitrators consider the presented evidence and arguments of all parties to the conflict.
- ⬤ Decision making: after careful consideration of the case, arbitrators make a decision, which may include imposing a punishment on the violator or other measures to resolve the conflict.
- Requirements for a member:
- ⬤ The member has been in the guild for more than 30 days.
- Requirements for an arbitrator:
- ⬤ An arbitrator cannot participate in the proceedings if one of the parties to the conflict is their friend or has close relations with them, if the arbitrator has a personal interest in the outcome of the dispute, if a disputed situation has arisen between the arbitrator and one of the parties, or if the arbitrator has any conflict of interest with one of the parties to the conflict.
- ⬤ The member has been in the guild for more than 1 year.
- ⬤ The member is 18 years old.
- The arbitration system contributes to maintaining order and fairness in the Guild, as well as allows Members to feel protected and respected within the Guild.
- To use the Arbitration System, a member must meet the requirements.
11. Final Provisions.
- 11.1. These Rules come into effect for a Member from the moment of joining the Guild and are valid indefinitely.
- 11.2. If the Rules are violated by a Member, appropriate punishment will be applied, the type of which depends on the violation.
- 11.3. If a Member disagrees with any of the Rules, the Member must leave the Guild.
- 11.4. In case of disagreement of the Member with any of the provisions of the Rules, the Member must leave the Guild.
- 11.5. The rules are not final and can be changed by the Leadership without special notification.
- 11.6. In resolving disputes or ambiguities in the interpretation of the Guild Rules, the Russian version of the rules will be used as the official and main one for determining the meaning and content of the Rules.
